Over 100,000 visitors a year hike/bike/fish their way up Waterton Canyon, but few of them know about the story of Kassler Town and the history of Denver Water.

In partnership with Studio Tectonic, we worked closely with Denver Water staff to determine how the history of Kassler Town could be interpreted and exhibited at Denver Water’s popular recreation area. Additionally, our team provided recommendations for recreation, trail, visitor management, environmental education, and nature play improvements as part of the master plan project.
