HUDSON-MENG BISON KILL SITE

In the northwest corner of Nebraska, sits the largest bison bone bed in North America. The Hudson-Meng bison kill site holds the10,000-year-old remains of over 600 ancient bison. This important discovery and active archaeological site is veiled in mystery as scientists and the public try to understand who or what killed these animals so long ago. We worked with experts at the Nebraska National Forests & Grasslands and The Black Hills Parks & Forest Association to bring this prehistoric story to life in film.
